Our First Show - Success!!
(September 24, 2011)Hands 4 Voices had their first ever show on September 23rd and it was a huge success.
The 20 choir members were so utterly nervous before they started but you would never have known it. Each and every one of them performed brilliantly and the audience, all 110 of them, were amazed by what they saw.
Signing to "Celebration", "Greatest Day", "Downtown", "Don't Bring Me Down", "Marry You" and "All Out Of Love", each choir member seemed to lose all their nerves and just signed with such passion and pride.
From the 1st round of applause to the standing ovation at the end, it was truly a fantastic night and one which will stay with the choir members for a very long time.
Thank you to everyone involved last night and to the audience who helped to raise over £300 for the Unit For Hearing Impaired at Glebe Infant School in Rayleigh.
